Everything parents need to know about PAW Patrol: The Game
PAW Patrol: The Game is an interactive, open-ended digital adventure where children join Chase, Marshall, Skye, and the rest of the pups in Adventure Bay. Each location in Adventure Bay is a playset where characters, vehicles, and objects are digital "toys" that can be combined to discover fun interactions. Players complete "Helping Paws" missions that focus on creative problem-solving and community service in a safe, vibrant, and preschool-friendly environment.
The game is specifically designed for children aged 2 to 5. Every mission, puzzle, and interface element is tailored to the developmental milestones of preschoolers. This ensures the content is engaging and manageable for toddlers while remaining challenging enough to keep 5-year-olds entertained and learning.
Yes, safety is our top priority. PAW Patrol: The Game features no third-party advertising and is fully COPPA and GDPR-K compliant. The "no-fail" design allows little ones to explore Adventure Bay independently without the risk of encountering inappropriate content or the frustration of complex menu systems.
Most features are available for offline play once the initial assets, such as the Lookout Tower or Helping Paws mini-games, are downloaded. Purchasing additional paid content or making changes to your account requires an internet connection. This makes it a reliable travel companion for car rides, flights, or any situation where a stable internet connection isn't available.
The game reinforces Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and early STEM concepts. By assisting citizens with the pups, children learn the value of teamwork, empathy, and logic. Each "Helping Paws" mission is a mini-lesson in community helpfulness and kindness, framed through age-appropriate problem-solving.
The entire primary rescue team is here: Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rubble, Rocky, and Zuma. Each pup utilizes their signature tools—like Marshall's water cannon or Skye's helicopter—to help players solve puzzles. We also frequently update the game to include special guest pups and new content with plans to continue to expand Adventure Bay and beyond!
Within playsets and Helping Paws mini-games, players can earn "gifts" simply by playing. Each activity has a hidden list of "achievements" that earn rewards by exploring the app. When a gift is tapped by a player, new coloring content is added to Francois's Art Festival, giving your child the opportunity to further express their creativity.
PAW Patrol: The Game offers a transparent, ad-free experience. While the Lookout playset, Helping Paws mini-games, and Francois's Art Festival are free to play, additional content is secured behind a "Parents' Area" for an additional cost.
Yes, the controls are optimized for the low-dexterity "tap and drag" movements typical of young learners. With no "Game Over" screens and vocal guidance from the characters, children can navigate the world and complete missions successfully without needing constant adult assistance.
The game is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It is compatible with most modern tablets and smartphones. For the best performance, we recommend devices running at least iOS 16 or Android 13 to ensure smooth animations and 3D graphics.
PAW Patrol: The Game does not currently feature parental controls or time limits within the app itself. We recommend parents use existing Parental Controls on their devices to limit app usage.
If you feel in-game parental controls would benefit your family, please reach out to support@originatorkids.com.
Not at all! PAW Patrol: The Game has its own PAW Account system, which allows you to share your purchases across other devices. PAW accounts also support cross-platform play, so if you have an Android phone and an iPad, your little ones can access all the same content however you choose to play. For more information on creating an account, refer to our How To Create a PAW Account documentation.
Currently, PAW Patrol: The Game does not support multiple child profiles. If this is a feature that would benefit your family, please reach out to support@originatorkids.com.
